ProCepT has built up more than 15 years of experience in R&D Agglomeration, Coating and Drying applications. Through pragmatic courses we offer our expertise in the field of Formulation and Drying. This intensive courses is intended to renew or learn practical theory through lectures on the subject of Spray Drying, but mainly by hands-on training and sharing of knowledge.

The Spray Drying Course will include 50% lectures (mainly given by expert guest speakers) and 50% practical exercises on Spray Drying.

Starting from the Drying theory, Spray Drying principles and Process Critical Parameters, solvent choices, formulation development, solid state analysis, solid dispersions, scale-up, pharma applications to practical exercises with Mollier, Heath & Mass Balances, solid dispersions, particle size engineering,….

ProCepT Equipment Trainings

We offer different training possibilities for users of our equipment:
- on-site customer trainings after installation or at a later point in time.
- training at ProCepT combined with a FAT (factory acceptance test before shipment)

Process specific trainings can be organised on request.
