Spray Dryer
The unit is capable of spray drying/chilling 0,1-15ml/min
(0,01-1l/h)
with typical batch sizes of 100mg to a few kg dry product.

Modularity:
The spray dryer module is combined with an air handling unit (fan, filters, heater), liquid dosing system (for the spray nozzle) and controlled by a central control system of your choice.
Keep in mind that this combination above can easily be extended with other process modules (even at a later point in time) that share the same control system, air handling and/or liquid dosing modules. This lowers the cost dramatically when investing in a second process machine.
