Mi-Pro
Mi-Pro
is a high shear granulator and pelletizer with an integrated accurate
liquid addition system and an Infra-Red product temperature probe. The
absolute torque of the impeller is measured.
Set-up
- Variable speed mixer and chopper
- Absolute mixer torque (Nm)
- Glass process vessel for 200-300 gr./batch
- 5 different vessel-sets available to cover 15 - 1.000 gr. Example of only 15 gram in Mi-Pro 250
- Liquid dosing system
- Product temperature measurement
- Critical process data: mixer torque, product temperature, mixer and chopper speed, liquid dosing speed/volume
- PC/PLC automation package: "real-time"-trending and batch recording in Excel of all critical process parameters and batch identification
