Mi-Pro
Vacuum is an upgraded Mi-Pro with a complete integrated vacuum drying
system including ; jacketed process vessel and process filter, vacuum
pump, condenser with recovery measurement and process pressure control.
Set-up
- Variable speed mixer and chopper
- Absolute mixer torque (Nm)
- Jacketed glass process vessel for 200-300 gr./batch
- 5 different vessel-sets available to cover 15 - 1.000 gram
- Liquid dosing system
- Product temperature measurement
- Vacuum system; dust filter, glass condenser, bypass, vacuum pump, process pressure control
- Critical process data: mixer torque, product temperature, mixer and chopper speed, liquid dosing speed/volume, process pressure, product temperature, process vessel/condenser/filter jacket temperature, mass recovered liquid
- PC/PLC automation package: "real-time"-trending and batch recording in Excel of all critical process data and batch identification
