Full
Automated

Sophisticated PC/PLC system with
full supervisory control, data acquisition,
recipes and networking capabilities.
PROCESS
CONTROL
PC with flat screen, flexible keyboard and mouse
- Intellution PC software runs on Windows XP
- Monitor and control all critical process parameters
- Electrical cabinet with Omron PLC controller
- Accurate data logging of all critical process parameters with
real-time graphic trends
- Set points are continuously changeable
- The value of certain parameters can be used as an endpoint: as
soon as one of them reaches its endpoint value, the process is
automatically stopped
EXCEL BATCH REPORTING
Every batch can be recorded in an automatically generated batch
report in an Excel file. The report consists of 4 sheets:
- Identification sheet: 14 fields of general info concerning the
batch run (eg. Operator Name, Project Number, Formulation, Batch
size, …)
- Comment sheet: generated by the operator before, during or at
the end of the process
- Data sheet: on this sheet, the raw data of all parameters are
registered every second and shown in columns
- Graph sheet: on this sheet, all parameters are visualised in a
graph.
The Excel file is read-only to protect its authenticity. It can be
changed however and saved under another name, allowing you maximum
flexibility to process your data.
RECIPE CONTROL (OPTIONAL)
This allows the system to run in full automatic mode
- A recipe with 15 steps can be programmed in the PC FIX
Application.
- The recipe can be imported from an Excel file made on another PC
and can be exported as well.
- Different On/Off functions and Set points can be programmed per
step.
- Each end point per step can be on: Time, Torque, Product
temperature.
- The recipe can be printed and stored in the PC.
- A powerful recipe manager in line with the data manager is
supplied as well.
QUALIFICATION POSSIBILITIES
GMP, FDA, FS/IQ/OQ/SQ, 21 CFR Part11 with audit trail optionally
available
MODULAR CONCEPT
One control unit can be combined with several process modules saving
on lab space and investment cost. Note that only one process can be
active at the same time.
