Bed
The fluid bed can be used for drying, top-spray granulation or wurster coating. Depending on vessel size, the typical batch range varies from 50g to 1kg of product.

- Product contact parts certificates
- Critical process data such as temperatures, pressures and speeds are handled by the control unit
Modularity:
The fluid bed module is combined with an air handling unit (fan, filters, heater), liquid dosing system (for the spray nozzle) and controlled by a central control system of your choice.
Keep in mind that this combination above can easily be extended with other process modules (even at a later point in time) that share the same control system, air handling and/or liquid dosing modules. This lowers the cost dramatically when investing in a second process machine.
